Workshop for teen girls led by Berkshire Magazine editor Anastasia Stanmeyer
Shaker Dam Coffeehouse & Stanmeyer Gallery, 2 Main Street, West Stockbridge, 2 to 4:30 p.m.
This writing workshop for teens will focus on the skills needed for creative writing, and result in finished works that could be published in magazines or online publications, including, potentially, Berkshire Magazine. The workshop will encompass finding a meaningful story, the process of reporting and pulling together this story, the editing process, and the goal of getting it published. Young participants will have an opportunity to share their writing and also to write from prompts. Space is limited for this free workshop, so advance registration is suggested; email email@example.com.
