Workshop led by relationship therapist Ani Grosser
Church on the Hill Annex, 55 Main Street, Lenox, 7 p.m.
“When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand. Ideas actually begin to grow within us and come to life.” – Brenda Ueland.
In this workshop we begin with the structured conversation known as Communologue, and then do some writing and (optional) sharing. The Communologue uses principles of deep, empathetic listening and thoughtful speech to create a safe and respectful space where our ideas can grow within us and come to life. The theme for our Communologue and our writing will be this year’s Festival special focus: “exploring the links between personal and planetary wellness.”
