Workshop led by Amber Chand
Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Route 183, Lenox, 7 p.m.
What would you do if you were to move beyond the safe edges of your life and step into a new story – one that calls you to live from an enlivened place of possibility? During this workshop we will explore the call of our souls, which beckons us from the liminal space of potential, and begin to trace pathways into our envisioned future. We will listen deeply to what is seeking to emerge through us and be gently guided to meeting our “future self.” We will discern what needs to be released and left behind in order for us to bravely embrace this call, and discover transformational tools that will enable us to manifest the heroine within us with the spirit of ease and grace. Please bring your journal and an open heart.
