Workshop led by dance/movement therapist Annabelle Coote
Movement Matters, 30 Elm Court 1st floor, Great Barrington, 7:30 p.m.

Have a date night with yourself! Kick off your shoes and take some time out to relax, quiet the chatter in your thoughts, wake up your body and feel energized. In this interactive workshop, we will use writing, movement and other creative arts to play, explore and discover. There will be opportunity to share writing and creative works for those who wish to do so. No prior writing, arts, or movement experience necessary – just willingness to explore and create.
